By using this site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you are not authorised to use the site. INTERACTION-CONNECT s.a. (“INTERACTION”) cannot and does not guarantee the security of information you transmit through this website, and you transmit all such information at your own risk.

Guidelines for the Use of the Q-DESIGNER web application

Q-designer is to be used to print on q-connect branded products only. If you use the q-designer web application with products that are not q-connect-branded, such use is unauthorised and constitutes copyright infringement. All rights granted herein immediately terminate and automatically revert in full to interaction.

General terms of use

You acknowledge that you can only store designs when providing a valid e-mail address. You acknowledge that there is a maximum file size for stored designs.

INTERACTION reserves the rights to set and adjust these limits without prior notice.

You acknowledge that INTERACTION reserves the right to, without prior notice, delete a design that has not been re-opened for a consecutive period of 365 days.

INTERACTION will endeavour to notify users of a design that is about to be deleted, 30 days in advance via an e-mail alert to the e-mail address that was provided at the initial storage of the design.

INTERACTION reserves the right to reduce the maximum number of days it will store your designs when they have not been re-opened for a consecutive period.

INTERACTION reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit content that is scandalous, obscene, defamatory, immoral or otherwise inappropriate and prohibited by law; but INTERACTION does not regularly review posted content.

Warranty & Disclaimer

The materials, information, software and technology in this site are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, non-infringement, any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Interaction does not warrant that the functions contained in the materials will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that this web site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Interaction does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the results of the use of the materials in this web site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. You assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair, or correction.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall INTERACTION be liable for any loss of stored data, nor for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including without limitation lost profits, business interruption, loss of goodwill, and regardless of the form of action, be it breach of contract, negligence or otherwise, that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials in this web site, even if interaction has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless INTERACTION, and the Q-CONNECT trademark licensors, affiliates and subsidiaries and their directors, officers, and employees, against all claims, investigations, infringements, actions, liabilities, losses, awards, judgments, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal and other professional fees and expenses, arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms of Use or any text, photograph, image, graphic, content or other material you incorporated into products not part of the standard web site content.

Applicable law – jurisdiction

The Q-DESIGNER Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Belgium.

The parties hereby agree that disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Ghent.
